He died on a cross called Calvary,

So I would be free from sin’s hold on me.

I belong to Him for eternity.

The perfect payment only He could bring,

Perfect spotless and clean.

The Lamb of God crucified and slain

for a rebel sinner, me.

It is only through His blood man is redeemed,

He renews, restores, and makes dirty people clean,

This is the only way of Salvation God is offering.

Insurmountable iniquity.

The pardon for any wretched sinner who truly believes.

And three days later he conquered death, and arose in victory!

This is the hope, I pray you will receive.
